WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

9 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday. By appointment only on the weekends.

WHEN IS MY RENT DUE?

Each tenant’s rent is due the first of every month. If you move in during the middle of the month, your rent is pro-rated.

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T KEEP IN MY STORAGE UNIT?

No restrictions as long as you are abiding all local laws and ordinances.

DO YOU PROVIDE LOCKS?

No. You must provide your own lock for the unit.

WHAT SIZES AND PRICING IS AVAILABLE?

Prices vary by size and location. Please refer to our units & rate by clicking here.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we do require a deposit equal to one month’s rent for use of the units. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEY?

We can cut your lock, but there is a fee charged to your account.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit, debit, or direct withdrawal from a checking account. We also accept cash, check or money order.

WHAT IF MY PROPERTY GETS DAMAGED ON SITE?

We require you to have renters insurance or homeowner’s insurance. This will cover any personal damages. We are not liable for any personal property damage while on site.

WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCESS?

Check In

  1. This is all done over the phone. Once you decide on which unit you want to rent, you pay by debit/credit card, checking or savings account.

  2. You will sign the lease via email.

  3. We provide a code to unlock the storage unit for you, and you can move into your storage unit.

Check out

  1. Vacating a storage unit requires a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to next billing date (which is the first of the month) to assure cancellation of payments. Cancellation requests submitted within the 30 day billing cycle will result in a final payment charged or withdrawn from your account on your established auto draft date. Once final payment has been drawn from your account, tenants will have 30 days from the last bill date to use the storage unit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE ON MY PAYMENT?

You will be charge based on the late fee schedule that is written in your lease.
